Hard-Boiled Eggs

The answer

Hard-boiled eggs last 1 week in the fridge, peeled or unpeeled. Do not freeze them.

Caution Refrigerate within 2 hours of cooking. Cooking removes the shell’s protective coating, so they spoil faster than raw eggs.
